Dear Mr. Mittal I apologise to complaint to the CEO of biggest telecom company Airtel. But this is a hard fact that you and your company doesnt have courtesy to listen to the complaints of the customers. Sadly I bought a 3G data card No. 9810937903 in the month of this May. But since beginning of this July month its not working. We had been trying to contact on your customer care no. 18001030405 but this no. Is such that it makes anyone to think for die because it keeps you on hold for lifes. We were compelled to bear the pain because we purchased Airtel data card. All our work is on hold. Then we lodged written complaint on Monday the 14th of July. The executive instead of listening to our problem just said that we will do it in 72 working hours.
