Dear Mr. Poynter, You should know how fabulous Lori Durham and your service department was in taking care of us on our return home from Florida on May 1st. The right front wheel bearing in our 07 GMC Yukon failed during a quick stop in Columbus for gas and lunch. We borrowed a phone book, found your name and called Lori who said come right down and we can get you checked out. We “limped” back to Seymour and your service staff diagnosed the problem (we thought a brake caliper had failed), and said they had the parts and could get us fixed up and going in short order. Which they did—two and a half hours later we had the new bearing and front brakes repaired as well, and were on our way. We certainly had expected to spend at least one night in Seymour waiting for parts. Kudos to Lori and all of your service and sales staff who went out of their way to make us comfortable and entertained during our short wait. Even our Scottie dog Stella was made welcome and had a great time. Thanks to you all for the exceptional service and hospitality. Sincerely, Eric, Kathy & Stella Blalock
