Dear Mythmoot attendees...Trish here. Mythgard email has been down since Saturday evening. If you have sent any messages to me or to events@mythgard, they are suspended somewhere in cyberspace. Some updates: 1) I am still unable to pre-purchase Coreys ticket for a Friday night Hobbit viewing. None of the ticket outlets are showing times for either of the theaters that are nearby (Cinemark Egyptian 24 and Hoyt West Nursery Theater). If this continues, the group going with Corey will have to convene in the lobby and buy their movie tickets on the night. Will keep you posted...dont buy your ticket before you hear confirmation from me! 2) For folks who dont want to go see the Hobbit movie Friday night but who would still like to socialize with each other, the hospitality suite will be open from the time the group leaves for the theater till midnight. 3) People who need rides to the theater (whichever one ends up being the one) or who want to organize dinner or something else on Friday night, youre more or less on your own. Meaning that you need to make those things happen yourselves, and well help as we can. 4) I am still unable to confirm a menu for Saturday nights buffet. My hotel coordinator has been very ill and out of work. Have left a message for her and hope to hear back soon. Generally speaking, there will be choices for the most common eating styles... Please pass this on to anyone you know is attending but who may not be monitoring this page.
