Dear Our Valued Candidates, Our Client, Foreign Company, FMCG industry. They are looking for high-qualified candidates for HoReCa & KA Manager Position. Report to Development and Planning Manager Location Working: HCMC JOB DESCRIPTION: Take care Horeca channel: bar, karaoke, restaurant, high standard coffee shop & a part of MT channel: chain convenient stores, supermarket, hypermarket. Provides the target outlet number, outlet importance & prioritization related to target consumer profile to DTC team based on the HoReCa segmentation. And as a partner, work closely with DTC team to ensure that DTC programs is implemented to the desired consumer profile. Develops the channel strategy and outlet selection criteria to recruit HoReCa outlets with Operation TMs. And develops the program mechanics by channel/outlet segmentation. Work in close collaboration with the respective managers of PBTS, DTC and Operation team as well as Communication Development Manager in order to ensure alignment on the program execution &visibility. Translates the brand portfolio and trade strategy into detailed Key Account channel strategies and plans including trade segmentation, category management, and distribution in line with KPIs. And develop appropriate programs that best deliver on the brands’ equity building and sales performance. Work closely with the business analyst to ensure that necessary program-effectiveness monitoring mechanisms are in place, and data is collected so as the program effectiveness and HoReCa/Key Account investment can be tracked and assessed. This position should feed forward the business analyst with trade inputs and insights so as the analysis is realistic and actionable. Provides the input for the A&SP process to ensure alignment of HoReCa & Key Account strategies and programs that best deliver on the brands objectives. Regularly visit HoReCa and Key Account channels and builds the relationship with the selected outlets. And collects all the best practices from other company markets and competitors and apply it on HoReCa and Key Account management. REQUIREMENTS: A degree in Business or Marketing. Three to five years in FMCG marketing functions; preferably experiences with marketing program development for HoReCa & Key Account channels. Negotiation skill People management skill Good communication/presentation skill Fair English standard Fluent Vietnamese language BENEFITS: Salary pay: $1000-$1500 it depends on candidate’s experience and qualification.
