Dear Ozone (Defcol), You have 10 treadmills with built in TV Screens. Of those 10, only 2 work. You have similar issues with the TV Screens on all your cardio equipment. This matter has been brought to the attention of your management on numerous occasions. I know for a fact that the senior management of the gym is fully aware of this problem. Instead of fixing it, what do you do? You hike your annual fee from 70,000 to 1,20,000! Not that I will be renewing my membership with you, I have a fundamental problem with you guys deceiving new and current members. Forget hiking prices, you cannot justify your earlier prices when: 1. Your equipment is getting worse. 2. Your management is getting lazier. 3. You refuse to do any voluntary maintenance. 4. When members point out issues, you ignore them completely. You obviously dont tell any new members about your technical issues which have not been fixed in 2 months when they come to check out the gym. It really is a shame to see a gym with such potential go down the toilet. Blatant arrogance and a complete lack of customer care. Ive used Fitness First and Talwalkars who both charge less than ozone and deliver twice the service.
