Dear Parents Many of you have been enquiring about the haze situation and whether we are going to close the school. We called the Ministry of Education and were informed that the closure of schools is only allowed when the API (Air Pollution Index) is above 200. Thus, we will remain open unless informed otherwise by the authorities. However, we have ceased all outdoor play and have been getting the children to drink lots of water. Should your child have respiratory problems or is sensitive to the current air situation, please do keep them at home. We would also advise all children to wear a face mask when they come to school. Let us all pray for better weather to come soon. In the meantime, stay healthy by drinking lots of water.
