Dear Parents & Students, The GSIS has made adequate arrangements for providing security to our students in all the branches which includes armed security guards on roof tops of each branch, enhancing guards on the gates, training staff for meeting any emergency, barbed wires, metal detectors, raising boundary wall and ensuring safety of school vans. In the meantime, we have decided to extend winter vacations to the Montessori Branches, the primary branch and for classes 6th, 7th, 8th and IGCSE-I. It is important to partially open for O-1/O-2/IGCSE-2/AS/A2/9th/10th & FSC. So that we can work on their syllabus completion, CIE registration, exam preparations and overall academics without wasting any further time. For this purpose the above mentioned classed will start functioning from January 05, 2015 to January 09, 2015 for a limited time during the day which will be 10 AM to 2 PM. The time table for this week will be designed on subject preference basis. Students will come in coloured clothes and on their own transport during this week only. Teachers will continue with their syllabus, which will not be repeated again. Students of these classes are directed to report on Monday January 05, 2015 at 10 AM for classes. The postponed exam papers will be taken later, if required. The PTM will be held on Saturday January 10, 2015, which is extremely important for all the parents to attend.
