Dear Pastors, Does your church offer opportunities for those that are disabled or home bound to serve? Many would love to contribute to their church family. Some suggestions your church may could consider starting; a phone outreach, online evangelism outreach, a phone support line, an online prayer group or Bible Study. There are many opportunities your church could get involved with to assist those that are physically confined and limited. Many churches reach out, help and support those with temporary health issues, but fewer work to help and support those with chronic and long term conditions. Mainly because most churches are not trained or equipped to address these types of issues. Getting these Christians involved in what ever capacity they are able, can be vital in helping their overall spiritual health.
