Dear Police Department...if the tollway and intersections can shoot a photo of ones license plate and send a fine to the registered owner...why not enforce traffic speed the same way? You need not pull over a driver (extra office manpower) if youd just hire me to drive around and send you digital photos of the hundreds of vehicles in a week that pass me at 75-90+ miles per hour. Speed limit is 60. If I recall, that means the MOST you are supposed to drive IS in fact SIXTY MPH! plus the giver or take FIVE miles variation... sure. HAPPY to do it. HAPPY, hear me?
