Dear Progressives. A CALL TO ACTION Action is desired my fellow compatriots. There is an ongoing national consensus to achieve change but the process and means is not clear cut. But we intend to instigate a debate that could spark the change which we desperately need. A social movement is brewing, its a non violent movement quietly forming aggregated opinions in challenging the status-quo. We all read and heard Gov. Amaechi when he said it is we citizens that dont stone public officials as a form of deterrence against political and economic corruption. He was not talking about throwing stones, he was talking about our inability to challenge them as concerned citizens. I will advise us as APC members to begin to ask for the basics and that is the ability to participate in the process that springs up leadership in the party. Party members should have the power to vote for candidates that represents the party. I will be writing a letter to the national leadership of the party on how it intends to raise funds, how it intends to allow contest for positions in a democratic setting where compromise refused to work. How we can encourage leaders not to behave indifferently to the plight of Nigerians. These and many more are the best legacies they can bequeath to us as our leaders. Thank you
