Dear Randall, When I read about Americans for Prosperity’s - TopicsExpress

Dear Randall, When I read about Americans for Prosperity’s plan to spend $125 million to buy elections this season, my first thought was “Wow.” My second thought was “Uh oh.” Americans for Prosperity is the outside group backed by the Tea Party billionaires, Charles and David Koch. And since Citizens United, the Kochs have been on a mission to buy up Congress and turn it into a vehicle for their own anti-middle class, special interest agenda. We’ve got a lot of work to do if we’re going to help Debbie fight against right-wing special interests and their agenda. With just less than one week left, we’re $8,976 away from hitting our $30,000 goal for May. Can you give $5 or more to keep up our grassroots strength? If youve saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately: Express Donate: $5 Express Donate: $10 Express Donate: $25 Or donate another amount. Americans for Prosperity supports Paul Ryan and others like him who want to end Medicare as we know it and give tax breaks to their big-oil-company buddies. They do NOT support people like Debbie -- people who are fighting for the middle class, working to create jobs, or protect small businesses. It’s only May, and she has already been hit with robocalls from the Republican National Committee. You may have even seen the TV attacks that were run against her this spring. That’s what happens when you stick to your principles and focus on making Congress work for the middle class rather than bowing to their extreme, special interest agenda. The Koch brothers have signaled that they’re ready for a big fight this election season. Contribute $5 or more today to show them the kind of grassroots power they’re up against.
