Please allow this letter to introduce you to Skynet Outreach Initiatives and our community project, The Ribbon Carnival, for which we are inviting you to the Opening Ceremony of the carnival. While Skynet Outreach Initiatives is a committee established within the Company which its mandate is to undertake a wide variety of community engagement initiatives to help address the needs of the community, The Ribbon Carnival is a special joint effort developed with various non-governmental organisations to expose people in the vicinity of Subang Jaya & Petaling Jaya to the importance of living a healthy lifestyle. The awareness ribbon is a composite of lengths of ribbons, folded into loops, and used internationally to represent different causes. Besides conducting seminars, exhibitions and interactive activities as a means to raise awareness on the following issues, a blood donation drive will also be organised.
