Dear Royalty & Families, You are cordially invited to attend the Miss Shawnee & Miss Portsmouth Scholarship Program, an official Miss America Preliminary. Please join us for the opportunity to meet Miss Ohio 2013, Heather Wells and Miss Ohios Outstanding Teen 2013, Olivia Thoroughman. There will be an opportunity for Autographs and Photos during Intermission of the pageant. As visiting royalty, you may enter free of charge with a sash/banner only. Please do not wear your crowns (unless you are a Miss America Titleholder) during the competition. You may bring it for photo ops in the lobby. The pageant will be held at Shawnee State Universitys Vern Riffe Center for the Arts in Portsmouth, Ohio on Sunday, February 16th. Doors open at 3:00pm. Pre-show will begin at 3:40pm and the pageant will begin at 4:00pm. We will also have a Silent Auction going on in the Lobby and several vendors that you can browse.
