Dear SM, Youve done it again. You really know how to rock my world! We went on a last minute costume shopping trip today. Rockstars party with only four days lead time. We made a beeline for SM since their tag line is we have it all for you or something like that... Wig - check! Bandana - check! Cheap aviators - check! White cycling shorts - check! Socks - check! Red flannel shirt - check! Socks - check! Accessories - check! And the best thing? Best customers service EVER! Our first stop was the wigs department. We showed the sales person our peg and asked for her help in finding the closest color to strawberry blond they had. From there, Maira Galicia (sales person) came and helped us find EVERYTHING we needed. Even digging through the sale items to find the cheapest pair of aviator glasses she could find! We initially said goodbye after we found the first three items. But she saw that the girls were getting restless and knew we still had a long way to go. As we were crossing over to the Mens department, my youngest started to cry and my eldest was demanding to be released from the stroller. When she saw me trying to put my youngest in the sling and push the stroller, she ran across the bridge way and asked if she could help us a bit more. On the other side, we found a branded red flannel shirt that was WAY over our budget, so I asked if she knew of more budget friendly ones. Maira pointed out which sections were SM brands (for shirts and accessories) and helped us find everything on our checklist. I was completely prepared to spend the whole day looking for stuff, but with Mairas help we were done in 30 minutes — and she still had time to keep my kids entertained in between sections! At the counter after paying, we said our thank yous again. My almost two year old mumbled apple juice, Maira smiled and said down this aisle, left at the exit - they have apple juice there and its already cold. I love her. Thank you SM makati for hiring wonderful people. You cant beat customer service like that...
