Dear Santa, On your way to delivering goodies, feel free to stop over and have a slice of this Christmas cake we baked at home today. Nuts and dry fruits meditated in rum for three weeks before attaining Nirvana in the batter containing vanilla caviar, orange marmalade, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves and ginger. Once out of the oven, the cake was quenched in rum once more before heading for the fridge. This was my first attempt ever, at baking a proper cake. Much scope for improvement, but not bad at the same time... :)
