Or did you do Aliyah and just arrived in Israel? I am a freelance journalist based in Jerusalem, currently I am writing an article for Zeit Online, the Online edition of germany’s biggest weekly newspaper, Die Zeit. It will be about aliyah to Israel and the milky movement to Berlin: Everybody talks about young Israelis leaving the country to Berlin, but at the same time more and more Jews are doing Aliyah, especially from France and the Ukraine. This interesting contradiction is the starting point of my article. I would like to arrange a debate between an immigrant (preferably from Germany, but not necessarily), who arrived in Israel in the last months and an Israeli who is about to leave to Berlin.
