Dear Shareholders, It is nice to be back in control of our intellectual property. I must apologize for the delay. I believe most of you know how to follow the Clark County Court proceedings and I ask that you do so. It is finally nearing its end and the truth has been presented. We will no longer be posting minutes of the proceeding on here, not because I do not want to but rather because we all have a duty to do always what is best for the company and our fellow shareholders and airing our laundry especially with half truths is not good for business nor even close to being in our best interest. I owe each of you an apology for not having returned to Nevada sooner to represent Tamarisk, myself and my shareholders as it is obvious I could have ended this by doing so long ago. However, let me assure you it wasnt because of lack of desire nor resolve rather there where many who tried to assure Id not return. Soon the happenings of these past months will be behind us and you will have a ruling given by the Nevada court and in that ruling is where you shall find what was right and what was wrong.
