Dear Shongweni parkrunners, I am sad to advise that Carol Rapson (seen here with her husband, Leigh, and son, Daryn, as well as on the run) passed away earlier this morning following a brave battle against cancer. She will always be remembered for her smiling face, postive attitude and willingness to complete parkruns, even when in distress due to treatment - bravery in action. Leigh and Daryn, on behalf of the Shongweni parkrun community, please accept our sincere condolences, Robin.
