Dear Singapore Airline/ Silkair, Ticket number: 6293987525355 and 618-2405262307 Kris Flyer No: 8792456959 By refer to the reference above, I have requested for refund for the above ticket due to your cancellation (without any notification) on my return flight 5 February 2014 as I did not able to board on the 29 January 2014 flight. I have to buy another 5 February 2014 ticket to board and this cause me the unnecessary inconvenience, time and losses to resolve the ticket during Chinese New Year time. I did not getting any respond from you since February and I already sent in the necessary documentation requested by you. This is totally unbelievable as you always have the best services among all the airline. I am totally disappointed with your service as I always believe your service always the best. I understand I have to contact Expedia as I booked through them. Regardless every time I made a phone call to both of you. You always treated like a ball. Expedia claimed that those charges charged by Expedia is because Singapore Airline want to charge them. On your side, always said you are not able to do anything because I booked through Expedia. This is totally unacceptable as I believe you hold the authority to resolve this issue. I believe all the conversation have been recorded for your training purposes. You can retrieve all my called from your recorded. I hope two of the ticket can be refunded as the second ticket you make me no choice to purchased it and this was recommended by your crew during tele-conversation although I have used the ticket.
