Dear Sir, How a young person can start or survive in this industry without any adequate experience whether in corporate or with any established practising planner. If no-one will give the opportunity or provide a platform to use and enhance the skills then how a young blood can remain live in this industry. I am in this industry since last five years and still facing very tough to continue. Sometimes not even various times, I totally disappointed and think to quit all this. I have seen lot of my friends and colleagues who were with during the study, most of them already quitted from all this or some of them are doing just a basic sales job to sell only specified products of their company and I know that how they got these job even after certifications, skills and good knowledge. Sometimes feels it totally dark in this industry for young generation.
