Dear Sir/Madam, REQUEST FOR HUMANITARIAN AID, MEDICAL SUPPLIES & EQUIPMENTS, LABORATORY SUPPLIES & EQUIPMENTS, WHEEL-CHAIRS, CRUTCHES, CANES, SCHOOL SUPPLIES, BICYCLES AND OTHER SOCIAL SUPPORT MATERIALS FOR ORPHANS, HOMELESS, PRISONERS, HOSPITALS AND INDIVIDUALS IN THE RURAL COMMUNITIES IN GHANA I write on behalf of Our organization Save the Poor International (SPI), a non-profit and non-governmental organization (NGO) registered with the Registrar General’s Department and The Department of Social Welfare in the Republic of Ghana, with registration numbers CG057702013 and DSW/5543 in compliance with the national guidelines for the operation of NGO’s and Private Voluntary Organization in the Republic of Ghana. The main focus of Save the Poor International (SPI) is to reach out to the needy by giving Humanitarian and relief assistance, Bibles, Medical supplies and Equipments, Clothing, Foot wears, Food, School supplies, Mosquito nets, Wheelchairs and other Religious materials to rural communities in Ghana. We believe that we have a responsibility to give hope to those without it, to feed the hungry, give comfort to the afflicted, to visit the forgotten and imprisoned and finally to give shelter and support to the very least The organization in its operations offer assistance through its programmes to the homeless, orphans, persons with disability, street children, prisoners, widows, individuals and others with psychological, emotional, spiritual and social problems. Nevertheless, there is still more room for improvement. We wish to inform your organization that we have a limited amount of materials to be donated and this makes it difficult for us to attend to most of the people who need our services. In view of this, the above mentioned organization wishes to REQUEST FOR HUMANITARIAN AID, MEDICAL SUPPLIES & EQUIPMENTS, LABORATORY SUPPLIES & EQUIPMENTS, WHEEL-CHAIRS, CRUTCHES, CANES, SCHOOL SUPPLIES, BICYCLES AND OTHER SOCIAL SUPPORT MATERIALS which we will in turn donate to both individuals and groups such as ORPHANS, THE HOMELESS, PRISONERS, HOSPITALS, PERSONS WITH DISABILITY and other institutions located within the areas of our operations. Being a reputable Non Profit making organization, we know that you are aware of the plight of the inhabitants of these communities and will grant us the necessary assistance in order to give the needy a glimmer of hope and make life for them more meaningful and worth living.
