Please be advised that we do not have any premises available and that you should look for your own premises(All help will be given in Looking and negotiating for a viable spot once the joining fee is paid). We will do a feasibility study on the premises to determine viability. Premises should be in the region 40m2 to 140m2. Once we have done a feasibility study and found the premises viable, you will have to do a Personality Profile Analysis in order to determine your appointment as a franchisee for a Burger City outlet. The normal complete set-up cost is in the region of R350k Normal Store (Currently running a special for September 2013 where we take a JOINING FEE of R40 000 , and whatever it cost to build the store we will invoice the Franchisee.It will cost in the region of R150000 maximum including the JOINING FEE) R40 000 cash or EFT payable once you are appointed as a Franchisee, this will be utilised for the site visit, and costing R40 000 BANK GUARANTEED CHEQUE payable once the above is received, final and submission drawings(franchisee cost) will then be requested. Once the drawings have been received, they will be put out for quotations to our appointed suppliers. The relevant quotes will then be forwarded to us; cash to headoffice is required before commencement of developing the outlet. On completion the balance should be paid in full to the relevant suppliers.( if any balance due) The franchise fee also includes the following:- 1- Franchise Agreement 2- 2 Weeks training for staff including the franchisee and manager 3- Use of Burger city nameand model 4- Head office support 5- Franchisee relevant training 6- Liason between supplier and franchisee 7- Feasability and viability of shop 8- Project management Royalty of R3500 pm GP is in the region of 58% Nett profit in the region of 25% I trust all info is in order as requested ...
