Dear Sir/ Madam and Students !!! Greetings ! We would like to express our deep regret to inform you that the 9th National Convention on Students’ Quality Circles 2013 (9th NCSQC’13) scheduled for 22nd, 23rd and 24th November 2013 (7th~9th Mangsir, 2070 B.S.) need to be postponed till further notice due to unavoidable political situation in Nepal. The constitution assembly election in Nepal is scheduled for 19th November 2013(4th Mangsir, 2070 B.S.), just three days before our convention. The political turbulence at the moment has created unfavorable security situation. Considering the security of young student delegates coming from different parts of the country we are forced to take this decision of postponement. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this postponement of the Convention. We will send further notice to you, once the situation calm down after the election. #Quest-Nepal
