Please find the below JD Job Description for Radio Frequency Engineer (RF Engineer) Designation : Radio Frequency Engineer (RF Engineer) Department : B.E & B.Tech – ECE (only) Work Experience : Fresher’s (2011,2012 & 2013) are eligible It is a Field work. Cab is provided for field work with laptop. Location: Anywhere in Tamil Nadu. Job Purpose: * Radio planning (Pré-Wimax / Wimax / 4G (TD-LTE)) * Radio optimization (saturation /capacity / Coverage / Events ) * Network Deployment (site-selection, site-construction & site-commissioning) * Administrative tasks (Environmental permits, Meeting local authorities, Reporting …) Job Responsibilities: Rollout : * New design definition (Based on new technologies 4G : Wimax / LTE ) * Search Ring / Site Survey/ LOI/ Technical Review / Drawing (LS) approval/ Kick off site commissioning/ * Drive Test Define & Analyze * 130 operational sites + 170 on-going site-acquisitions * RF Propagation Tool (EDX) Optimization RAN Performance : * Analyze KPI report ( Saturation / Capacity / Coverage) * Initiate optimization actions (Tilt/Azimuth/Channel) * Site Deployment - Coordinator Environmental Permits (EP) and support Building permits (BP) : * BP tracking (Flanders, Brussels, Wallonia) * EP preparation / Technical visit / correction/ EP tracking * Participation in several meetings (RISS, BIM/IBGE, Communes, etc.) * Follow-up with subcontractors (Network Deployment) Skill Set required : * Excellent analytical skills * Sound understanding of requirements * Good verbal and written communication * Should have excellent working * Quick learner * Should be willing to work anywhere in shifts Prerequisites : * Only Physically fit candidates are eligible. * Candidate age must be lee than 23 Year at the time of joining. * Candidate must be able to work in anywhere in Kerala / West Bengal as Per Company project requirement. * Salary offered: Basic : Rs 6000 HRA : Rs 3000 DA : Rs 3000 TA : Rs 3000 Total : Rs 15000 (CTC) * PF, ESIC and other deduction will be done as per Govt Rules * Probation period will be of 6 Months in which 2 Months will be Training period Commercials: 25k/ selection Looking forward to hear from you soon.
