JD Position Title: (Crew leader) Essential Responsibilities: · Perform ESP installation pullout with Y tool, EFT connection, motor shrouds and sensor. · Perform all checks required for ESP during installation · Supervise and coordinate the rig activities · Redelivery inspection all of ESP equipment’s and components in proper requirements to ensure rig operational is no down time · Pulls and inspects all types of ESP brand submersible equipment, diagnoses problems, makes applicable field repairs to equipment and cable, recommends appropriate action to customer · Responsible for preparing all tools consumable and all materials required for the job · Checks system design including insuring adequate HP and head lift, correct cable size and sufficient casing clearance, adequate surface KVA and correct size motor controller · Assist in equipment and cable preparation at workshop or well location · Supervise ESP tooling system for proper operations needs · Complete all paperwork in a proper manner and return to Base manager fully signed. · Perform tool box talk prior to commencing any job. · Ensure all staff involved job at rig site are following the required safety, environmental and ergonomic standards. Carry out construction HSE audit/inspections Qualifications/Requirements: · Extensive work knowledge with at least 7 in Electrical Submersible Pump operation · Good knowledge of written and spoken English · Excellent computer knowledge. · Highly motivated and hard working with strong interpersonal skills. · Strong interpersonal and leadership skill Responsibilities: 1- Trained and employed by contractors SRP manufacturer 2- Responsible for all repairs, Pumps, installations, inventory, storage and any associated operation or aspect of contractors SRP services. 3- Responsible for associated field operations, shop safety and HES issues and including but not limited to JSA’s SOP’s, incident and failure investigation etc. 4- May supervise runs/pulls on rig as needed to insure proper procedures are followed. Qualification and Experience: 1- Minimum 5 years experience in SRP/PCP equipment and field operations, repair and service in at least 2 different basins or fields. 2- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position. 3- Trained in the proper use of the equipment and capable of obtaining fluid levels, dynamometers cards and other such equipment associated for the services. 4- Responsible for field safety and HES issues including but not limited to JSA’s, SOP’s incident and failure investigations. 5- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and all necessary computer programs, and have specific software training, certification, and license where applicable. 6- Must read, write and speak English fluently.
