Dear Studio VZF Family - if there is one thing I appreciate about our community, it is the support that we show one another so Im throwing out a challenge. In the words of John Holmes, “There is no exercise better for the heart than reaching down and lifting people up.” So, the challenge is this ... whenever a new instructor steps in front of a class to teach a song or if someone steps in to sub a class for another instructor, PLEASE cheer them on, celebrate their courage, encourage them, LOVE that they are willing to be vulnerable. Because, there is nothing like getting up in front of a group and dancing to make yourself vulnerable. Such courage merits only kindness. Have a glorious weekend!
