Dear Sydney and Matthew, your sweet words have brightened this gray Wednesday for all of us at Gourmet Galley. Thank you, thank you, thank you! We loved working with Gourmet Galley!! They catered our wedding at the CT River Museum and the food was amazing! We initially sent them a list of food/types of food that we liked and told them we wanted to do fun, non-traditional appetizers for cocktail hour and a family style menu for the meal. They proposed an awesome menu that was exactly our style. The food turned out great and we got so many compliments on it. Our day of coordinator, Jen, was really easy to work with and she knew exactly what she was doing, so I never had to worry about anything. The whole process was really easy from start to finish.
