Dear Tango Friends and Family, I am completely exhilarated announcing the success of this years annual Signature WHITE PARTY! What can I say, I am still floating high on cloud nine with the magical event had. From arriving to the iconic Biltmore Hotel, to the intimate last dance, every moment took us to a grander time of old world romances. As the enthusiasm of guests dressed in their finest white attire began filling the majestic candlelit ballroom, we couldnt help but get wrapped up into the excitement and spirit of the night. As the evening continued with the music of golden era tangos, we fell into a spell of endless dancing. Truly an enchanted experience. Now in the aftermath of Signature WHITE PARTY, I am overwhelmed with the love and support by the entire community. So many beautiful emails, Facebook posts and pictures. I can not help but get emotional seeing everyone living the moment, and sharing their experiences with so much excitement. I have come to realize our annual event has become so much more than just a special night. It has become our summer tradition, and not only for the locals, but for the entire community across the country. I must extend my upmost heartfelt gratitude to the entire community. Your enthusiasm, warmth and support is the heart and soul of Alma de Tango. We had an attendance of well over 200 guests! A special thank you to Richard Council, together we performed to two tangos that felt dream like. A great big thank you to the City of Coral Gables for covering our event.
