Dear Team. What a temper testing couple of weeks it has been! I dont have any answers yet to your parcel questions or worries and cannot find the right words to console you at the moment. I have gone through several procedures to report your problems and unfortunately with the amount of queries waiting to be dealt with by the Queries Team, we have to be patient. I want you to please remember that you are not alone! If you were the only one with a problem, it would have been sorted out quick quick! There are a few thousand others in SA, myself included, who are going though exactly the same as what you are with clients grumbling about their products not being delivered. Some of us are fortunate in that we havent paid for orders which we havent received yet. I have several in my team who have Cash Accounts and have paid in considerable amounts to get their orders released. For these Representatives its an absolute nightmare trying to console their clients that their money is not gone. I want to reassure everyone that they WILL eventually receive their orders. This experience has most certainly been a learning experience for all of us, Head Office included and I would like to ask you to please be patient. I know its a lot to ask, but would like to reassure you that in your experience of having me as your Sales Leader, I have always given answers when I have received them. It may take a while still for us to get over this hurdle thrown over our path, but we will get over it. As this picture states, sometimes you have to go through the worst to get to the best! Hang in there - thats all I ask.
