Dear Tengku Adnan, i guess you missed this reports from The Star in April, the city dirty condition is not contributed by the Homeless and poor, the rubbish and waste are the cause of the people who have proper jobs, cosy house, well built Japanese or Europen car who dispose of the junk onto streets with such uncivilized manner! Besides the Municipal council cleaning up and taking away the Garbage, it is the Homeless and poor who did you a favour by scavenging for waste all around KL to make ends meet! How humiliating it is for the middle and high income people who throw rubbish as they like, and yet the poor and homeless pick up the waste for recycling, and yet these poor folks are the one who are being punished because of your intention to make KL clean? They are not the root cause of the dirtiness of the city, you should target the uncivilized litter bug! if you want to make KL clean, emulate Singapore, book and summon those litter bug! I seen so many homeless and poor clean up the waste after their meal, and even some pickup the rubbish from the streets and dump it in the bins!
