Dear Time Warner, you just charged my checking account for a full month of internet usage even though I cancelled a week after the billing cycle began. Your agent assured me to my face that the auto-pay had been cancelled and that my last month would be prorated. This is EXACTLY what the CEO of Enzyte went to prison for 27 years over...charging people automatically that had cancelled services then playing dumb or acting like it was a glitch in the system. Next week I start as a juror on a Grand Jury for at least 2 weeks. I am praying that a case against your company makes it to me.
