Dear Ugandans, in bundibugyo ,Kasese and ntoroko government claim there tribal conflicts but iam puzzled by these questions 1. How can a tribal conflicts leads to death of single tribes men? Were children and pregnant women also involved it was,why were they burried in hurry?if a tribal conflict why only bakonzo arrested, does it mean bamba and banyabindi didnt participate? Is there now a tribe called SECURITY INSTALLATION in Uganda the bakoko attacked? Why did army order for burials yet they wd have first identified bodies with relative to find out why those guy joined rebellion? Does it mean bakonzo also attacked people in mubende,kyenjojo,mbuya masaka? I therefore agree with what speaker bundibugyo district mentioned that there is something beyond. If an army officer in bigando can order his escorts to graze cows in peoples crops for now 10 yrs with little government intervention. I think there is something beyond tribal. An independent investigation led by NGOs especially HURINET and ant corruption coalition be used using public means of gathering info. Leaders in affected places especially NRM should realize that no condition in permanent.
