Dear VOP, Growing up in church, I have seen many groups’ - TopicsExpress

Dear VOP, Growing up in church, I have seen many groups’ minister and lots of groups perform. I can honestly say VOP stands out in my mind as one of the most memorable groups I have ever seen. I have been following your group’s music for quite some time. I learned all of the group member’s names and can probably imitate each member perfectly. I have been blessed to see you all minister various times, and each time I have been more impressed than the time before. I feel VOP is an organized and professional group. I can tell that the members in the group have strong beliefs and values. I have seen that you guys are very committed to your home church and see that you take pride in serving the community. I believe last time I saw the group you were preparing to host a community fish fry; this showed me you all are truly dedicated to living the life you sing about. VOP you are one of the most energetic groups of all times! While on stage yall are “all the way turnt up” from start to finish and I love that. No matter how I am feeling, I can always count on you all to make me “pick em up and put em down”. The enthusiasm you display while singing lets me know two things: 1) you love what you do and 2) you believe in what you are singing about. Your group has a very unique musical style and I must say your band is second to none! I love how you all take traditional songs and put your own twists to them. One of my personal favorites is “Can’t no body do me like Jesus”. Although, I like to say, “Can’t no body sing it like Kristie”. Lol. I honestly would recommend your group to just about anyone I come in contact with. VOP you are definitely a group people can invite to any event, from Praise in the Park to Praise & Worship for a Sunday service; either way we can count on you to lead us into another level of praise. I remember an event where you all were singing a worship song and the soprano that was leading stopped singing and said, “heeeeeeeecado-sheecado-bosha eeeee ba bo shy-ya”! I remember saying, “man, Neena is saved for real”. lol. VOP I want to encourage you all to keep singing for the glory of God. You have inspired me and many others to break out of the box of tradition and “turn up” for Jesus. In closing, I want to leave you all with this piece of advice: next time you guys are ministering and you see someone who doesn’t move their feet, clap their hands, or at least nod their head, send somebody to check their pulse because they might be dead! Lol. Just kidding but you all are so crunk I don’t know how anyone can hear you minister and not be moved. Never the less, if they can sit there like a FROG on a log, then let them stay right there and yall keep on singing, “I got a right to praise him”! With Love, A Loyal Fan
