Dear Valued Customers, Over the last 24 years we have worked hard to develop a business model that provides you with a wonderful snow play experience. We worked to give you massive amounts of fluffy snow, a lift served hill, an accommodating staff, friendly guests, affordable food, a warm, inviting lodge, and all at a price lower than what you would pay at comparable facilities in Tahoe. The clientele we have been seeing during our normal years has been exactly who we want to cater to; you appreciate us, and we appreciate you. Sadly, the lack of snow at lower elevations has made us attractive to a clientele who do not fit into our family-friendly business model. Tourists expecting to find snow by the side of the road are finding none after their long trip up here. We are pretty much it right now. Therefore, we have been PACKED, and our historic customer-base has been displaced by an unfamiliar crowd. We love you guys, and want to see you up here. But, until we weather this drought, we URGE you, please, please, please, postpone any trips you have planned until we get more snow. We need you to feel like you are getting the valuable experience we have tried to provide over the last 24 years. We hope to see you soon, when we can all play in mounds and mounds of wonderful snow.
