Dear Valued Residents, We want to clarify the posting that was distributed. We want to look out for all of our residents to enure you have a peaceful and enjoyable living environment. Our intention was to inform all residents that any damage or disturbance is not permitted. We encourage all residents to utilize all the sidewalks, grassy areas, and our clubhouse/pool (which is opening soon.) There are many nearby activities which are fun for all. The newly opened Monkey King Playhouse, located 2 blocks East of our community, has a 2 story playhouse and jungle gym. They also have martial arts shows performed daily and offer martial arts classes as well. Another option is the Pinbusters Fun Center. They are located 2 blocks west and they have a full arcade, bowling (Cosmic & glow in the dark bowling). Just off Powell to the West is Powell Butte Nature Park, full of trails for biking, walking, horseback riding, and full of exploring for all. We have reached out to the local YMCA to see if we can schedule some summer activities for all residents. We will also have our annual pool party to celebrate our pool & spa opening.
