Dear Verizon Xenia - Your weasel of a manager can s@$ k these Chinese n@#ts. Remember when I walked in with my brand new phone 4 months ago and I tried to ask if there was anyway to fix my cracked screen and your answer was - buy a new one Well, I went to the Huber Heights Verizon and asked them the very same thing...and the sales lady looked at me and said - you didnt Crack it- its your tempered glass...peeled it right off. And so...that day I spent over $1000 at that Verizon store which is 35 min from my house! Now today...I regret setting foot back into the xenia store only to see your corporate has no face attitude...hate to tell you, but Ive done all the cellular billing for my families businesses for the last 5 years...so, pardon me when you started talking and I said, stop talking to me, Ive dealt with you before but Id rather stick needles in my eyes than to talk to you ever again. Oh....also thanks to the innocent bystander who may or may not be an employee...when you looked at me and gave me a thumbs up and mouthed to me I heart you. You my friend, validated for me that Phil is a Ja!#@$$.
