Dear Victims: These are my efforts and plead for better human healthcare. I blew the whistle and breaking the code of silence, trying to prevent deaths and injuries of young mother and babies due to hospital egregious practices. Fourteen (14) patients died, and thousands were injured due to medical mistakes, hospital and it’s doctors were operating patients in the patients’ rooms, involved in Medicaid fraud of 13.4 Million, paying kickbacks and falsified thousands and thousands of medical charts being involved in dubious billing and charging. Every ethical physician will agree that retaliation done to me is far beyond any professional and ethical behavior they were ever thought in their medical schools. Not to talk about complete miscarriage of justice that I experienced at New York Supreme Court. Silencing me in such a way that I cant testify with documents that I have on the behalf of injured patients by these egregious doctors is another unbelievable crime. These patients and their families need to know what happened to them. I am under Temporary Restraining order - not to use my exculpatory evidence for 2.5 years. This it is violation of the law and constitutional and civil rights in U.S.A. How much harm this has done to the patients who are looking for the justice and to whom I cannot help because court is preventing me to do so. For the past 6 years I knocked on the doors of numerous civil, health, investigative and other agencies and they are just referring me from one place to another. No one even tried to resolve the problem: Attorney General, HHS, governors, senators etc. There is a thing called solidarity and covering each other tail. I am trying right now to see how I can testify before the congress and in 5 minutes state concisely what took place. I do not know exactly who to contact for this issue because so far state representatives here are supportive of those in NY even when there is no legal and ethical foundation for it. Apparently nobody wants to be involved. The easiest answer for them (I heard it so many times)” resolve your problem in the legal venue”. But how to resolve it in the legal venue when state does not follow the state laws. I do not know how to attract a attention on this grievous issue and how to ensure doctors and nurses that when they blow the whistle, they will not be retaliated, they will not lose their licenses and became helpless and homeless victims. What I experienced is just that. They will become victims and none is there to help them. There is no such thing as justice, this is lawless and there is no such a thing as civil or constitutional rights. All it depends is who is a shareholder of the hospital or trustee and how much political power and influence they have in the city.
