Dear Vodafone, This is a message to you directly or, anyone that has the misfortune to work for you! I am a woman of simple needs! It doesnt take much to make me happy (theres a song brewing there somewhere!) All I ever need is the odd text (sometimes v. odd!) a rare phone call & a bit of time on fb! Not much to ask, is it?! Especially as Ive been your customer for 15 years! So, why oh why, when I do want to go ont tinternet, do I get the service not available message on my screen? I KNOW I havent got the latest Beam me up Scottie phone in the World but, its not that bad! Youre charging me a reasonable enough rate per month for it, but, MY GOD! As in The IT Crowd, how many times have I got to keep phoning you up (btw. Your Scandanavian Call centre assistants are ALWAYS delightful), turning my phone on & off?
