Dear Vodafone team, It is now 3 days since my complaint about the QR18,868.00 debited from my Credit Card with no apparent reason. Youve acknowledged the fact that it was a mistake, thank you very much, but in spite of failed promises for someone to contact me in this regard, I have yet to get a written confirmation on what steps are you taking to reimburse me in a timely fashion. May I remind you that time is of the essence - it is not a small amount were talking about, it is a full salary. You may or may not be aware but I, like many other people, have bills to pay and a family to feed. If you find my many emails a pain, wait and see on the 30th of October if I havent received the full amount on my account.
