Dear Watchtower Org, THANK YOU!!! Thank you for existing. I learned SO MUCH from you. Thank you for making me an outcast since birth; because of you I am now highly resilient. Yes!!! Thank you for the bullying that I endured in both school and field service, as it taught me to not give two flying %&$ when random people figuratively “shut the door” to my opinions & lifestyle and because of you it’s EXTREMELY easy to symbolically move over to the “next door”. Thank you for allowing me to put in endless hours in field service, for now I can put in extreme amounts of hours at work with utter easy and bear immediate results. Let’s not forget to thank the “governing body” for receiving “divine inspired information” for it taught me that “channeling Spirit” is completely acceptable. Thank you for your constant and unyielding need to save the world, for now I have a soft spot for the less fortunate. Thank you for warning me about other religions; for now I’ve TRULY found a fulfilling faith that grants me everything I want as opposed to constantly shunning away immediate gratification. Thank you for your condescending vocabulary in both English and Spanish (since I attended both congregations) as it forced me to learn both new words and creative ways of conveying ideas. Thank you for the diverse articles in the Awake! non-relevant to “salvation” as it gave me an insane thirst for knowledge for literally everything else! Thank you for taking away all of my friends and family for it gave me the focus and time needed to find myself. Thank you for stealing away most of my youth for now the world is my oyster and I am FINALLY on my way towards self-actualization. No, really! My gratitude is ridiculously endless.
