Dear, We have the following Requirements for the CHURCH GATE -NEW HIGH RISE BUILDING PROJECT IN NIGERIA.For the following Positions, GM / SENIOR MANAGERS – FACILITY MANAGEMENT The position shall be responsible for overseeing all the facilities management, engineering and project management functions for all the construction projects of the group in line with budgets, plans, statutory requirements, safety and quality standards. The incumbent will be a dynamic result oriented professional with a degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering preferably from reputed institutions with 10 to 15 years experience managing HIGH RISE residential and commercial buildings with large reputed construction companies. SENIOR MANAGERS – QUANTITY SURVEYOR The position shall be responsible for overall administration and project execution with special reference to Quantity Estimation and Management, Contract Management, Value Engineering, Sub Contracting, Cost Control etc of the ongoing projects. The incumbent will be a dynamic result oriented professional with a degree in Civil Engineering / Contract Management preferably from reputed institutions with at least 10 years experience in similar positions with large reputed construction companies. MECHANICAL ENGINEERS – HVAC The position shall be responsible for overall implementation and management of all kinds of duct works and HVAC systems for the ongoing projects including review of specifications, drawings, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance. The candidate should be well conversant with all kinds of HVAC systems and should be a degree holder in Mechanical Engineering from reputed institutions with at least 10 years experience in similar positions with large reputed construction companies. ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS The position shall be responsible for installation, commissioning and overall management of all kinds of Electrical Installations including GENSETS, TRANSFORMERS, HT/ LT, POWER SYSTEMS, CONTROL PANELS, Fire Alarm and Access Control systems etc. The candidate should be a degree holder in Electrical Engineering from reputed institutions with 8 to 10 years experience in similar positions with large reputed construction companies. Good IT skills are prerequisites for all positions. Degree holders from premier institutions like IITs, NITs, NICMAR and other reputed deemed universities as also the candidates with experience in Gulf / African Countries may get special preference. SENIOR PLUMBING ENGINEERS Degree / Diploma holders in Mechanical Engineering with 8 to 10 years hands on experience in design and installation of plumbing systems for high rise buildings. MEP ENGINEERS Degree / Diploma holders in Mechanical Engineering with 8 to 10 years hands on experience in design and installation of MEP systems for high rise buildings. QUANTITY SURVEYORS Diploma in Civil Engineering with 8 to 10 years experience in similar position with large construction companies. ELECTRICAL SUPERVISORS / CHARGE HANDS ELECTRICIANS DUCTING INSTALLATION SUPERVISORS DUCTING FABRICATORS / TECHNICIANS DUCTING INSTALLATION TECHNICIANS SUPERVISORS -PLUMBING / FIRE FIGHTING WORKS PLUMBERS / PLUMBING HELPERS Certificate holders from recognized technical institutions in relevant fields with 5 to 8 years experience with large construction companies in similar capacities.
