Theme: Realistic, Responsible, Accountable development oriented leadership for improving the living standard of the constituent. Pillars: 1. Economic empowerment -, establishing development fund for constituent, youth, women, disable and other special interest groups, identifying and exploiting unique business opportunity in each ward. 2. Peaceful, United and Participatory leadership: acknowledge and enhance unity in diversity of the constituents. 3. Quality and accessible Education e.g Teachers, pupils, parents motivation and support programs, infrastructure development among others. Development of a revolving bursary and education loan fund for the constituency - Kajiado central constituency Education Loan Board. 4. Transparency, fair allocation and accountability of public resources. 5. Quality, affordable and accessible health services e,g Developing and equipping health facilities, promote joining and utilization of NHIF and other medical covers. 6: Enhancement of water supply for domestic and irrigation purposes 7. Development of SME and Micro business support initiatives e.g Sacco support services. 8. A secure and business friendly environment e.g Joint business security initiatives, providing affordable business insurance services in collaboration with other stakeholders. 9. Relevant, adequate and favorable legislation both in National and County levels. 10. Improving and complete ongoing projects by my predecessors in consultation with relevant stakeholders, e.g existing CDF committee and staff. 11. Collaboration with other leaders both in the county and National for the development of my constituents, county and lovely nation.
