We did have meetings with them several times to mitigate a solution which continued to undermine global security. Take the case of Uganda President Yoweri Kaguta Musevenis government since 2011 we spent most of their time either undergoing body recycling or treatments which by 2014 National budget had cost us what our economy was to spent in 22 years national GDP.
