Dear Zane, I was just wondering how you feel about adoption a few months back I was assaulted and now Im pregnant by the person who did it Ive considered adoption because Im not sure if I can handle raising a child conceived that way a lot of my family members are against it but I think its best for the child and also I am in a relationship but my boyfriend supports whatever decision I make just looking to see if you know of anyone who may have done an adoption and any advice for this situation Thanks in advance MY RESPONSE: You need to do whatever makes sense for you. It is your life and your decision alone because another decision was taken away from you when you were assaulted. There are TONS of families looking to adopt a newborn but ultimately you have to make the decision you can live with. No one can judge you either way. Good luck and God bless.
