Dear all, For those who are interested in the international white cane day and those who want to learn more about the visually impaired people, You are welcome to join the Namibian Federation of the Visually Impaired with other stakeholders from Windhoke, Ohangwen, Oshikoto, Oshaana as well as from Omusati region at the white cane preparation meeting which will take place at the ministry of Health and Social Services in Outapi at 10H00 in the morning tomorrow. I also like to appreciate those who attended the meeting at Onipa.
