Mr. Thong Sarath’s case: a Vietnamese with his honorific title of Okhna granted by khmer Royal Palace for 100 000 US$ and his military rank of brigadier general (2 stars) in RKFA. His father, Thong Chamroeun, captain in RKFA, and his mother, Keo Serey, colonel with high rank civil servant in Senate. At the same time, Thong Sarath is developing his businesses in Agro-industry (PATE 999), construction of building and blocks… His family is enjoying right to hold fire arms suggesting he’s behind the murder in broad daylight of Mr. Ung Meng Chu, Sino-khmer Oknha, prospering in cement industry and diamond trading… This news item illustrates width and extent of vietnamization riddling current khmer society by Vietnamese microbes of all categories that rapidly multiply by millions capable to put Cambodia in danger of death in the near future. Paris Peace Agreement of October 23, 1991 is still in effect since 23 years stipulating that Cambodia must be independent and enjoy democracy. King Sihamoni, Hun Sen et Sam Rainsy… didn’t dare cancel khmer-Viet treaties of 1979, 1982, 1983, 1985 and the additive treaty of 2005. They have been playing comedy and prestidigitation to cheat Khmer public opinion and serve Vietnamese colonization in Cambodia. Khmer Nation have right to qualify them as traitors and apply themselves the Paris Peace Agreement of October 23, 1991. In virtue of this Paris Peace Agreement, Khmer Nation have right to wake up by millions to declare cancellation of all khmer-Viet treaties including treaty 2005 for recovering Cambodia’s independence, ensuring respect of Human Rights and living democracy. In the same time, Khmer Nation has to appoint Transitional National Council (TNC) as National High Representative to run Cambodia to recover its independence, ensure respect of Human Rights and live democracy. Why king Sihamoni, Hun Sen and Sam Rainsy have not taken initiative to cancel Khmer- Viet treaties of 1979, 1982, 1983 et 1985 ? Why have they voted additive treaty in 2005 to validate those old treaties? This question was openly and publicly put on October 23, 2014 by Khmer nation and Transitional National Council (TNC). It remains without response since more than a month: Transitional National Council (TNC) has organized a Demo on November 23, 2014, in front of Khmer Embassy in Paris, France, to denounce treason of Puppet King Sihamoni, thief Prime Minister Hun Sen and thieves Khmer Government and National Assembly. The above question is based on the article 1 of Paris Peace Agreement: Article l 1. Cambodia hereby solemnly undertakes to maintain, preserve and defend its sovereignty, independence, territorial integrity and inviolability, neutrality, and national unity; the perpetual neutrality of Cambodia shall be proclaimed and enshrined in the Cambodian constitution to be adopted after free and fair elections. 2. To this end, Cambodia undertakes: (……..). d) To terminate treaties and agreements which are incompatible with its sovereignty, independence, territorial integrity and inviolability, neutrality, and national unity. If Khmer nation dare rise up, Transitional National Council will have power and opportunity and ability to unite all patriotic forces in the country to realise the above three main objectives, in peace and in cooperation with international community. Vietnam hasn’t respected Paris Peace Agreement: Hanoi has been continuing to deliberately violate it since 1991, to consolidate colonization of Cambodia under international community’s nose. China and Vietnam were the signatories of Paris Agreement of October 23, 1991 of which France and Indonesia were the two co-presidents. To claim Cambodia’s Independence, to topple Hun Sen and other traitors from power in order to enjoy democracy , khmer people have to rise up by themselves and not let current thief National Assembly and Government to consolidate Vietnamese colonization until the end of this 5th legislative mandate by 2018! Like Burkinabe army and People in toppling President Blaise Compaore. Otherwise current Khmer nation will be condemned by the next generation for treason over collective laxness: one putrid fish in the basket and the basket will be thrown as the whole bad. If khmer Nation wouldn’t rise up , nor puppet King Sihamoni nor Hun Sen, Kem Sokha, Sam Ransy would do it in their places to claim Cambodia’s independence! Khmer nation have to chase traitors from power and not to respect thief Nat. Assembly and thief Prime Minister Hun Sen. The nation have to rise up into khmer lotus revolution for final victory. Liberation of the motherland must not be considered as terrorism! Sam Rainsy and Kem Sokha, cannot change anything in the 5th thief current legislature of this puppet kingdom. Nor to curb corruption in all Ministries, including Police, Army, National Assembly! Nor to claim Cambodia’s Independence! Heng Samrin has been called in to Hanoi by Viet leaders to discuss with Nguyen Tan Dung, prime minister, Tran Tan Sang, Head of State and Nguyen Phu Trong, first secretary of Communist Party. Hanoi has ordered Heng Samrin to care for Vietnamese population so that they can live safely in Cambodia. Hanoi has imposed him to do the best to consolidate bilateral relationship. Hanoi has enjoined Heng Samrin to take legal measures to punish a group of khmer extremist and prevent them from resuming new illegal actions against Vietnam. Hanoi has ordered Samrin not to tolerate new protests and avoid harming good relations between two countries. More than 35 years after Vietnamese invasion of Cambodia, and more than 23 years after Paris Peace Agreement of October 23, 1991, Hanoi has achieved all its main ambitions, due to bilateral treaties of 1979, 1982, 1983, 1985 and the additive treaty of 2005, by the coup of July 5-6, 1997, the replacement of 2/3 vote system by the 50%+1, and due to rigged elections of 1998, 2003, 2008 and 2013. Under Lon Nol’s era, there were just few thousands of Vietnamese in Cambodia. Since the end of 1978, and after 5 straight mandates of Hun Sen’s rule, the figures shoot off and top several millions. Sam Rainsy, the new traitor, has recently declared his approve to grant khmer citizenship to 250 thousands Vietnamese illegal settlers. How many millions of illegal Vietnamese will receive citizenship from the two traitors Hun Sen and Sam Rainsy, in the future? To have right to live legally in Cambodia, Vietnamese have to pay only 25000 riels, about 6US$ ! This 2nd Khmer Monarchy and its two political Parties have no Political Vision of Country’s Liberation. Paris Peace Agreement of October 23, 1991 in effect since 23 years stipulates Cambodia must be independent and democratic. To Heal these 3 Khmer Cancers (Vietnamese Colonization, Hun Sen CPP Dictatorship and the Lack of the Democracy), Khmer People Must Wage Revolution in the frame of Transitional National Council (TNC) so that Hun Sen Staggers and Drops. Will Khmer People Have to Use Arms? Yes, There will Be non-violent Tsunami by Original Conception, but by Experience and Precaution, they can Use Arms for Self Defense such as knifes, axes, Sticks, hoes, banners, Threads, Pens, Pencils, Rice, Foods, Fishes, Meats and Medicine to Resist till Victory ! Liberation of Motherland should not be considered as terrorism nor racism! Khmer People’s will is the Step-down of Hun Sen and the End of Vietnamese Colonization in Cambodia!
