Dear all, Sangye Andres, Namkha Rinpoches close disciple and translator, will be coming back to Brighton, on March 29th and 30th to continue sharing his experience of Vajrayana Buddhism. Sangye has been practicing under the guidance of Namkha Rinpoche, a renowned Tibetan Dzogchen master, for over 14 years. He will discuss ways in which we can train our minds, and learn ways of relating to the vast range of our emotions that do not create suffering for either ourself or others, as well as guide us through some short meditations. We will also be able to ask questions on topics ranging from meditation and compassion, to activism, to the ultimate nature of reality.
