Dear all, alright as all of you might already now, our performance being on the 28th of march is nearing. So, next week is extremely, extremely crucial for us and our sessions would be well, rather intense. So, as to prepare for our rather intense sessions everyone must have: 1) memorise all lines and cues before this Sunday. Any doubts please clear them beforehand. 2) bring your costume on Monday, our Reahearsel. If youre in the ensemble, wear black and white. If you are a principle character, wear primary colours which are suitable for your particular role. 3) Also, I would like everyone to help me with the props, if you do have these props, please SMS/whatsapp/call me and tell me you have these props so we can get done with them. 1) about 8-10 bowls and spoons 2) luggage 3) green sign for canteen scene Im not sure what this is but I reckon is the stall sign, has this been settled? 4) vanilla ice cream( I think this is supposed to be a fake visual representation so if you have a toy/prop/ good artistic skills please do come forward than you) 5) a laptop 6) token for the casino scene( ok just use up a paper make it look fancy) 7) we apparently need to get a casino machine sorta thing done anybody has an idea how to get a replication of that or like yupp because its in the list 8) walking stick/ cane 9) random paper balls 10) newspapers 11) the pills misty drinks( a box or yupp a pump thing) Also, our session on Monday would start from 3:2o p.m. So, well start with warm ups and a full run and speed run. I need everyone to bring your costume and have all of the other things I have mentioned to get done. Improvements that have to be made: Cast and ensemble: 1) memorizing of lines and cues 2) articulation of words 3) Intention 4) transition has to be smoother, remember guys if you are carrying a certain prop, remember that you are carrying it and remember which stage direction should you enter/exit/ be standing on. ** Sound: 1) has to be faster, on time. 2) longer at times, sound stops earlier before scene is done. Be more alert. 3) bring a long a laptop next week. Yes, thats pretty much it. Enjoy yourselves everyone. Have a great holiday and well, enjoy it. Remember to rest well and also, memorise them lines.
