Dear all brothers and sisters Telexfree, Thanks for your patient for 2 months that our company still not come back for normal operation as still in court hand. These two months we have so many bad and good information, we have difference sources to read and difference people. Not so long more we will clear all for our company. Today I do summary of what happen to our company 1. Legal As we see SEC said Telexfree is Ponzi Scheme but some news said is not. That news was announced by Facebook as a great victory was announcing that the American SEC said TelexFREE regulate body was totally legal company, we remember that the SEC is precisely who accuses TelexFREE Ponzi scheme and who is putting all his effort to achieve closure TelexFREE, We wish to clarify that this story is FALSE, at any time the SEC has made statements arguing that meets TelexFREE legality or that is 100% legal everything good or bad still not final as our company still in court hand. The court allow Telexfree restructure mean company is ok with legal and can start operation after restructure approve 2. Company comes back or not? This is best question that most ask me everyday? This point no one can say close or come back, as result now company still in restructure so it is good news, but can not say 100% come back, cus all still in court hand, but at least still good news more than negative news. Now we are in most positive news. 3. When company comes back? We all not sure come back when, we wish to see it very soon. 4. Restructure: now company is under restructure for new operation, if so mean maybe for sure company will come back but no one can say 100% come back. We are not sure how long for restructure is but as a bit long time ready so seem not to be long. 5. Support : I have support team in personal inbox so many hundreds over there, as so many fight in posting. Why Most negative fight positive posting and positive fight negative posting. So this is not good way, so hope all of us help each others. We are same way so let help each others is best. 6. Fake website : as we saw some website is fake to be the same of Telexfree so all of us be careful, maybe this person know what is gonna happen with telexfree in future, he maybe think that telexfree will come back that why he did a really good website to hack all of us. 7. Claim file : Brothers and sisters can claim if all of you wish as we have some leaders doing it in Cambodia, or all of you can wait to see Telexfree come back if you still believe in Telexfree. 8. Website up on 17th? Company can not come back on 17th as company still in restructure, and still in court hand. 9. Drive traffic of online during Telexfree in court not real source 100% So many website wrote about telexfree for driving traffic, some is real and some is fake information, so who know the real information. As most are not official so we can not trust 100% so let think carefully. We wish Telexfree come back very soon, and have great day all brothers and sisters
