Its urgent JD/ JOB ANNOUNCEMENT Post Qualification Experience Job Responsibilities Training Specialist Post Graduate : Education, Training, Psychology HRD or related Discipline Training in the Design of competency based program. Fluency in English and Hindi Preferable minimum seven years experience as training manager or training specialist including responsibility for design and implementation of program, which are relevant to sector covered under the proposed services. Demonstrated competence in skills and task analysis. Preferable minimum three year experience in working with NGOs/social agencies. Should have computer knowledge in MS office. 1. Conduct training needs analysis for community liaison officers and other as appropriate. 2. Design and implement competency based training program for CLOs. 3. Design and implement training program and seminar to NGOs community, leader, local authoriser, government staff and political leader. 4. Conducting effective hygiene education campaigns in the target communities. 5. Assist local NGOs in developing health and sanitation and income generating training program for low income and slum area residents. 6. Assess efficacy of training program and certify the acquisition of job:- related like skill. 7. Prepare report on training and training progress for PMU. 8. Identify training requirements & develop a comprehensive training plan to meet identified needs. 9. Overall responsibility of all training programs. 10. Support the training activities implemented by the capacity building consultants in community training as well as in consultation and participation exercises. 11. To impart basic information to the PMU, IPIU &Line agencies staff about the work plans and the method adopted. 12. Conduct Training programs for PMU, IPIU & DSC staff on community awareness & participation programs and working with NGOs 13. Prepare training modules for transferring skills by the appointed agency to the personal responsible for operating /updating the system. Assist PMU in reviewing the training needs of PMU, IPIU & line agencies. 14. Prepare training manuals and modules. 15. Monitoring of the training programs and their effectiveness.
